International Orders & Customs

 

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and courier handling fees, set by the destination country. We always do everything we can on our end to keep these charges to a minimum, but they're ultimately decided by customs in your country and are outside our control. Any charges are paid by the recipient, usually to DHL before delivery. US customers: all incoming parcels are now subject to import charges, so please expect a fee on arrival. Refused or unclaimed parcels due to unpaid charges are not eligible for a refund.
